Job Title: Adjuster Assistant Job Description Join our team as an Adjuster Assistant on the 2nd shift from 2pm-10pm. This role offers a $1 shift differential when hired permanently. Responsibilities + Keep the work areas clean and organized. + Supply machines with paper, ink, and glue. + Change paper rolls and printing plates. + Assist with packing as needed. Essential Skills + Mechanical aptitude and proficiency in using hand tools. + Ability to pass math, ruler, and mechanical tests. + Physical capability for walking, bending, reaching, and lifting. + Keen attention to detail. + Ability to follow instructions and collaborate with other adjusters. + Previous machine operating experience is preferred. Additional Skills & Qualifications + 1+ year of mechanical aptitude and production/machine operating experience. + Steady work history with more than 2 years at one company in the past 10 years. + Highly motivated individual. + Experience from packaging, metals, printing, or converting industry is advantageous.
