Pay: Weekly pay potential up to $21.85 per hour (with production bonus) 1st Shift: 8 or 9 hour shifts, Start times between 6:00am and 6:15am, Monday u2013 Friday with overtime potential on Saturdays. 2nd Shift : 8 or 9 hour shifts, Start time around 4:00pm, Monday u2013 Friday with potential overtime on Saturdays. Standing up to 10 hours per shift, seasonal schedules, with potential overtime or weekends. Youu2019ll be: + Operating a forklift, tractor, gator, or tugger to deliver, pick up, load, unload, move, and/or sort parts + Using hand or power tools to assemble parts as needed + Performing quality checks visually or with gauges and measuring devices + Maintaining inventory status and contributing in a team environment + Following safety practices and maintaining equipment and facilities in line with 5S processes This job might be an outstanding fit if you: + Have at least 6 months of recent forklift experience (within the last 12 months) + Hold a valid driveru2019s license + Can pass a eye exam and forklift driving test + Demonstrate a strong sense of dependability and consistent attendance + Preferably have manufacturing experience and a high school diploma + Have excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills + Are at least 18 years of age and can pass a dexterity test + Can meet the physical requirements: repetitive bending, twisting, squatting, lifting up to 35 lbs., pushing/pulling up to 50+ lbs., standing up to 10 hours per shift, and working at heights up to 90 inches What happens next Once you apply, youu2019ll proceed to next steps if your skills and experience look like a good fit.
