Description We are looking for a highly motivated Sales Assistant and Project Coordinator to join our team in Campobello, South Carolina. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring the seamless progression of projects from initial sale to successful completion. The ideal candidate thrives in a dynamic environment, excels at managing multiple tasks, and communicates effectively with diverse stakeholders. Responsibilities: u2022 Oversee project timelines, schedules, and logistics to ensure smooth transitions from sales to installation. u2022 Collaborate with external contractors, vendors, and internal teams to maintain project alignment and successful execution. u2022 Facilitate financing processes by gathering necessary documentation and coordinating with lending partners. u2022 Monitor project progress, maintain detailed records, and deliver regular updates to all stakeholders. u2022 Address and resolve project-related challenges by coordinating efforts across teams and external partners. Requirements u2022 Minimum of 3 years of experience in administrative support, project coordination, or inside sales. u2022 Proven ability to manage multiple active projects simultaneously. u2022 Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members. u2022 Meticulous attention to detail, especially when handling complex documentation. u2022 Prior experience in construction, manufacturing, or related industries is preferred. u2022 Familiarity with banking, lending, or loan processing is advantageous. u2022 Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools.
