Description We are looking for an experienced Recruiter to join our team on a long-term contract basis in Gramercy, Louisiana. In this role, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, focusing on sourcing and hiring top talent, particularly within engineering roles. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in corporate recruiting and proficiency with recruitment tools like Paylocity and LinkedIn Recruiter. Responsibilities: u2022 Manage full-cycle recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates. u2022 Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent for engineering and other roles. u2022 Utilize Paylocity and other applicant tracking systems to manage candidate pipelines and streamline recruitment workflows. u2022 Build strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide tailored recruiting solutions. u2022 Conduct high-volume recruitment efforts while maintaining quality and efficiency. u2022 Create and post compelling job advertisements on various platforms, including LinkedIn and other job boards. u2022 Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities and candidate progress using HRIS systems. u2022 Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment metrics to management. u2022 Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve recruitment strategies. u2022 Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless onboarding process for new hires. Requirements u2022 Proven experience in full-cycle recruiting, preferably in a corporate environment. u2022 Expertise in sourcing strategies and recruitment tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter. u2022 Proficiency with applicant tracking systems like Paylocity and HRIS platforms. u2022 Strong organizational skills and ability to manage high-volume recruitment workloads. u2022 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with candidates and team members. u2022 Ability to analyze recruitment metrics and use data to optimize hiring processes. u2022 Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite for reporting and documentation. u2022 Knowledge of best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.
