ALIFE Hospitality Group is seeking a dependable Dishwasher to support kitchen operations by keeping dishes, cookware, utensils, and work areas clean, organized, and ready for service. Compensation$13.00-$15.00 per hour Why This Role Is Worth Considering- Clear hourly pay- No experience required- Good entry point into restaurant and hospitality work- Active, team-based role in a kitchen environment- Opportunity to support daily operations and help keep service moving Key Responsibilities- Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, pans, and kitchen utensils using dishwashing equipment or by hand- Keep dish area, sinks, kitchen surfaces, and back-of-house work areas clean and orderly- Place clean dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment in proper storage areas- Sweep and clean floors and help maintain a safe, sanitary work environment- Remove trash and place it in designated disposal areas- Restock supplies, utensils, and service items as needed- Help move supplies and equipment between storage and work areas- Support kitchen cleanup throughout the shift and at closing- Follow company safety, sanitation, and food-handling procedures- Report equipment issues, safety concerns, or maintenance needs to management- Assist with other kitchen support duties as assigned Required Qualifications Must-Haves- No prior experience required- Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen or restaurant environment- Open availability, including days, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed- Ability to stand and move throughout the shift- Ability to bend, reach, lift, carry, and perform repetitive cleaning tasks- Ability to work safely around wet floors, kitchen equipment, hot water, and cleaning chemicals- Food handler certification required Preferred Qualifications- Previous dishwasher, kitchen, restaurant, or cleaning experience preferred- High school diploma or GED preferred- Ability to work efficiently as part of a team- Strong dependability and attention to cleanliness Work Environment / ScheduleThis is a physically active, fast-paced kitchen support role. The work involves frequent standing, walking, lifting, carrying, repetitive motion, and ongoing use of hands and arms. Dishwashers commonly work indoors in environmentally controlled kitchen settings but with time pressure, close teamwork, frequent contact with others, and a high level of responsibility for maintaining clean and safe work areas. Open availability is required and may include days, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
