Job Skills / Requirements HIRING IMMEDIATELY Sunstates Security is hiring for Unarmed Flex Security Officers in the Charlotte and Pineville, NC area. 2nd and 3rd shifts are available These positions offer a starting pay rate of $16.00/hr, withweekly pay. Requirements: + Valid NC Armed Security Officer License/Certification (preferred). + High School Diploma or GED. + Must be able to pass drug screening and criminal background check. + Must have good communication skills, including phone etiquette and basic computer skills. + Good customer service skills and professional appearance. + Must have open availability for FLEX Officer Position. + This position requires the ability to work at two locations. Flex Officer Explanation The Flex Officer position is crucial to our companyu2019s operational and financial success. The flex officer provides trained, competent support by working shifts which become open due to illness, call-offs, weather, vacation, or other causes. This enables Sunstates to provide continual, uninterrupted service to our customers, while also protecting the health and work balance of our personnel. Position requires extended sitting, walking, and standing. Customer services skills must be excellent. This position is challenging and requires a self-starter. The position may require occasional weekend work. A Security Officer may perform a multitude of duties as specified by the Post Orders and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). The Security Officer will read and become extremely knowledgeable of Post Orders and SOP and will be able to act quickly and efficiently according to such directives.
