Location This position will be based at one of our project sites across the U.S., with an office rotation at either our headquarters in Denver, CO or our area office in Lenexa, KS. Responsibilities u2022 Field Operations: Interpret drawings and specifications for field crews and craft, prepare work plans and work packages, order and schedule material deliveries u2022 Office Engineering: Perform takeoffs from drawings, generating change orders reviewed by the Project Manager, provide field support and supervise subcontractor operations u2022 Estimating: Review and analyze data relative to the project, complete plans and specification reviews for projects, assist with the preparation of a bid Qualifications u2022 Bacheloru2019s degree in Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field; Associate's degree in Construction Management also considered u2022 Minimum of 3+ years of construction experience, preferably in industrial or largeu2011scale project environments supporting mechanical or piping scopes. u2022 Ability to travel and relocate as needed u2022 Ability to freely access all points of a construction site in a wide-ranging climates and environments u2022 Highly motivated, with a demonstrated passion for excellence and taking initiative u2022 Strong work ethic, willing to do what it takes to get the job done right the first time u2022 Demonstrated commitment to ethics and integrity u2022 Passion for safety, with the ability to help us ensure that nobody gets hurt u2022 Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills u2022 Team player with the ability to work independently to meet deadlines, goals, and objectives u2022 Strong organization, time management, and attention to detail #LI-FH1 Other Requirements: + Regular, reliable attendance + Work productively and meet deadlines timely + Communicate and interact effectively and professionally with supervisors, employees, and others individually or in a team environment. + Perform work safely and effectively.
