_This role is based at The Hilton Anatole_ Exceptional Hospitality Starts with You This is your chance to be a part of an in-house Technology team that's creating consumer-facing, cutting-edge technologies revolutionizing the hospitality industry around the world As an Associate Field Services Technology Manager _,_ you will bring your technical skills to a hospitality company with an award-winning culture. On the Technology Field Services East team reporting to the Manager Technology Field Services, you will support projects including major system upgrades and assisting with hotel openings. What you'll do during a typical day: + Provide IT and Telecom support to the Hilton Anatole by maintaining all hardware to ensure efficient performance.+ Determine priority levels of open/active requests or incidents to ensure successful resolution in a timely manner using Hilton's ServiceNow platform including other 3rd-party vendor support processes.+ You will be on-site support at the Hilton Anatole and will be responsible for routine weekend shift coverage. How you'll collaborate with others: + You will work closely with Hilton's Field Services East Region team.+ You will attend operational meetings and work to develop relationships with the hotel team to understand the business needs of each department. Projects you'll take ownership of: + IT CapEx projects for the hotel including network upgrades, server/workstation refreshes and guest-facing technology upgrades.+ Hotel opening and conversion-related projects. What It Takes to Make the Stay You have these minimum qualifications: + Professional work experience in Technology or related field+ IT work experience or customer service experience in Hospitality+ Basic understanding of IT hardware, common software/operating systems, and fundamental networking concepts, including desktops/laptops, productivity tools, and basic connectivity troubleshooting.+ Willing to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends, based on business needs.+ Travel up to 25% within the Dallas area or other regions It would be useful if you have: + Bachelor's Degree, or Associate's Degree plus 2 years of Technology related experience, or High School Degree/GED plus 4 years of Technology related experience.+ Three (3) years of professional work experience in Technology or related field+ Two (2) years of experience in Hospitality, Operations and/or IT Support roles+ CompTIA, Cisco Meraki or Microsoft certifications+ Experience with the following Hospitality related core-systems: PMS, POS, Key Systems, PBX, Voicemail How We'll Help You Thrive At Hilton, the hospitality we're known for doesn't end with our guests.
