What Youu2019ll Own _Financial Leadership & Integrity_ u2022 Lead all domestic and international accounting operations across the Ecommerce division u2022 Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and audit-readiness of all financial reporting u2022 Own the month-end close process. No surprises. No misses u2022 Maintain and evolve accounting policies, controls, and reporting systems u2022 Deliver financials that leadership trusts to make decisions _Business Partnership & Insight_ u2022 Translate financial performance into clear, actionable insights for executive leadership u2022 Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting, including variance analysis and key drivers u2022 Partner with Sales, Operations, and Finance leaders to align performance with strategy u2022 Support pricing, profitability, and growth decisions through data-backed analysis _Planning, Forecasting & Cash Management_ u2022 Lead budgeting and forecasting across the Ecommerce division u2022 Own cash flow visibility and reporting u2022 Drive weekly P&L forecasting and performance tracking u2022 Help define and track the KPIs that actually matter to the business _Compliance & Governance_ u2022 Ensure compliance with US GAAP, SOX (preferred), and all regulatory requirements u2022 Oversee audits (external, 401k, international subsidiaries) with confidence and control u2022 Manage transfer pricing and international accounting requirements _Leadership & Team Development_ u2022 Build, lead, and develop a high-performing accounting and finance team u2022 Create clarity, accountability, and ownership across the function u2022 Partner with HR to assess, hire, and grow talent u2022 Drive a culture of continuous improvement, transparency, and performance _Process Optimization_ u2022 Identify inefficiencies and fix them u2022 Improve systems, reporting, and workflows to increase speed and accuracy u2022 Leverage ERP and BI tools to elevate financial visibility What You Bring u2022 12+ years of progressive accounting/finance leadership experience u2022 Strong background in manufacturing environments and cost structures u2022 Deep expertise in US GAAP and financial reporting u2022 Experience with international accounting and remeasurement u2022 Proven leadership. Youu2019ve built teams, not just managed them u2022 Ability to influence and communicate with executive leadership u2022 Track record of improving processes, systems, and outcomes Required: u2022 CPA u2022 Bacheloru2019s (or Masteru2019s) in Accounting or Finance Preferred: u2022 Public company and SOX experience u2022 ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Dynamics, Epicor, etc.) u2022 BI tools (Tableau, QlikView, Power Query) and SQL exposure Why This Role Matters Every number tells a story.
