This includes responding to inquiries about our year-round Child Care programing. In this role, you will focus on providing exceptional customer service and ongoing software support.u00a0Key Responsibilities:u00a0- Maintain good public relations with members and always represent the best interests of the YMCA.- Provide excellent service to members, guests, and program participants in the branch and on the phone, contributing to member retention.- Greet and assist all members, potential members and staff in a courteous, professional and friendly manner.u00a0- Assisting with basic membership transactions.- Respond to members' needs. Contact appropriate personnel when necessary and notify supervisor of unusual situations.
