Job Description SRP is seeking a System Admin Developer to join a 24/7 support team that operates as true generalists. This role is more systems administration than handsu2011on development and supports 30u201340 applications across ~15 departments, with a strong focus on transmission systems. The ideal candidate is a jacku2011ofu2011allu2011trades who can come in, listen, collaborate, and immediately contribute across dayu2011tou2011day operational support and project work. The team is currently stretched by companyu2011wide initiatives pulling resources away from daily support, and this role will help stabilize that workload. This is a Microsoftu2011centric environment with a mix of Agile and Waterfall methodologies. Most applications are purchased rather than customu2011built, though some homegrown systems exist. Key Responsibilities: u2022 Provide dayu2011tou2011day operational support across multiple applications u2022 Triage and resolve tickets primarily through ServiceNow and Azure DevOps u2022 Support both dayu2011tou2011day operations (u224850%) and project work (u224850%) u2022 Assist with knowledge coverage to reduce onu2011call interruptions for project resources u2022 Support and learn key applications including: u2003u2022 PCI (core grid support application) u2003u2022 Hexagon u2003u2022 ODI u2022 Participate in onu2011call rotation after rampu2011up period u2022 Collaborate closely with senior analysts in a highly teamu2011oriented environment We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
