Job Description Position Summary: The Honors Engagement Coordinator provides leadership for co-curricular programming and student engagement initiatives within the Honors Program. This role designs and delivers high-impact experiences that support student success, retention, and belonging while promoting the visibility and reputation of the Honors Program across campus and beyond. Serving as a key liaison among students, campus partners, alumni, and admissions, the Honors Engagement Coordinator combines program coordination, outreach, and data-informed decision-making to advance institutional and Honors priorities. Supervision + N/A Minimum Job Qualifications + One yearu2019s experience using academic or similar databases (e.g., Microsoft Access) that relate directly to the responsibilities of the position. + Masteru2019s degree from an accredited college or university. + One yearu2019s experience at a university or college in student support and/or teaching positions, or other relevant experience. + Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 Suite. Preferred Qualifications + Terminal degree from an accredited college or university. + Evidence that the individual will contribute to the CSU Honors Program mission and curriculum. + One yearu2019s experience working directly with university students.
