This role involves providing holistic carephysical, emotional, spiritual, and culturalto a diverse patient population including pediatrics and those recovering from various cardiac, respiratory, renal, and surgical conditions. The position requires adept use of advanced medical equipment and managing patients with complex needs such as central lines, chest tubes, and short-term ventilation support.Responsibilities:Deliver comprehensive care from admission to discharge across a range of medical and surgical casesCollaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomesMonitor and assess patient vital signs using advanced monitoring equipmentProvide clinical leadership and assist in precepting junior staff membersGuide and delegate tasks to nursing assistants and support staff effectivelyImplement established protocols with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environmentQualifications and Desired Experience:Degree from an accredited Nursing ProgramRecent experience in an advanced Medical/Surgical Unit, Critical Care, or Progressive Care NursingCurrent state RN license and certifications in BLS, ACLS, PALS (or pursuit within six months of hire)Preferred certifications: ENPC, TNCCProficient in operation of multiple IV pumps, invasive lines, cardiac telemetry, and EKG interpretationPediatric experience is advantageousLocation Insight:This opportunity is based in Belt, Montana, a serene and welcoming community known for its close-knit atmosphere and scenic natural surroundings.
