A school psychologist is needed for the 2026-2027 school year to support one district comprising three schools and a local Head Start program in Beaver, WA. This role offers an onsite opportunity with hybrid work options available, providing flexibility while maintaining direct engagement with students and staff.Key Responsibilities:Conduct comprehensive testing and evaluations for students from pre-kindergarten through age 22.Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and evaluation meetings.Perform Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBAs) and develop behavior intervention strategies.Collaborate with educators and administrators to support student academic and behavioral success.Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with district and state regulations.Qualifications and Experience:Valid certification or license as a School Psychologist.Experience working with a broad age range of students, including early childhood to transition-age youth.Strong skills in psychological testing and conducting FBAs.Ability to work effectively within a multi-site district environment.Excellent communication and organizational abilities.Work Schedule and Details:Contract position for the 2026-2027 school year.Estimated start date: September 1, 2026.Workweek: 37.5 to 40 hours, Monday through Friday.Typical hours: 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM with flexibility to attend meetings.No counseling duties required for this role.Coverage includes three schools and the local Head Start as needed.Position does not extend into summer months or subsequent school years.This role is ideal for professionals seeking an impactful position within a district dedicated to fostering student development across a diverse age range.
