We are a company that promotes from within, both in our retail and corporate operations.Under general supervision, the Fleet Territory Manager is responsible for obtaining new sales clients, growing existing sales accounts, assisting customer inquiries/issues, and reporting on the performance of the Fleet portfolio. The Fleet Territory Manager will also be responsible for maintaining and assisting the growth of assigned clients within the Fleet Services group.Pay Range: $77,000-$100,000Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Engage new and active clients in-person and over the phone to increase salesOutside sales or B2B sales experience is a mustMust be self-starters and work cross-functionally with various departments to ensure seamless collaboration and successPosses strong prospecting skills, including the ability to: cold call, uncover new business opportunities, and effectively network to build strong relationshipsServe as lead point of contact for Fleet customers in a defined geographyForecast and track key account metrics and prepare reports with account statusEnsure timely new account set up and drive account activation by working on implementation plans with customersAssist with customer requests or issue escalations as neededCollaborate with regional managers to effectively manage services and schedule installation detailsInvest time with stores in the same geographical footprint to educate stores and help foster an inviting and easy Fleet sales experiencePerform quality check surveys with customers and resolve return issuesSupport the approval process and ensure all solutions follow rules & regulationsAct as liaison between clients, agencies, appropriate 3rd parties and all Discount Tire departmentsMaintain and update Client information, including financials within Discount Tire BI toolsOther duties as assignedTravel will be required ranging from 30% to 75% of the time. Travel will be within the entire New York market. Overnights will be required.Qualifications:Three years related experience in sales or account managementOutside sales and B2B experience strongly preferred.
