Kitchen Manager / Line Cook (Temporary with Potential for Permanent Hire)Pete Dye River Course of Virginia Tech, a McConnell Golf property, is seeking an experienced Kitchen Manager / Line Cook to join our culinary team. This is a temporary position lasting a minimum of one month, with the potential to become permanent for the right candidate.This is a great opportunity to get your foot in the door with McConnell Golf, a respected and growing organization with properties in North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, and Virginia.Schedule:Wednesday, Saturday, and Sunday: 10:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.Thursday and Friday: 10:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m.Compensation:$20 per hourMinimum one-month assignment compensation: $3,280Position Summary:The Line Cook is responsible for preparing high-quality food in accordance with club standards, recipes, and sanitation guidelines.
