Description We are looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead multiple initiatives within a dynamic non-profit organization based in New York, NY. This long-term contract position requires a strategic thinker who can oversee projects, optimize processes, and deliver measurable results. Responsibilities: u2022 Manage the implementation and deployment of mobile device management solutions, specifically utilizing Microsoft Intune. u2022 Lead efforts in optimizing the volunteer management system and ensure successful deployment across the organization. u2022 Conduct assessments of existing systems and processes, identifying areas for improvement and reworking workflows. u2022 Oversee procurement, onboarding, and service provisioning initiatives to enhance organizational efficiency. u2022 Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business cases and define clear paths toward achieving operational goals. u2022 Ensure deliverables are met within established timelines while maintaining high-quality standards. u2022 Facilitate communication between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders to align project objectives. u2022 Monitor multiple concurrent projects, ensuring proper resource allocation and risk management. u2022 Develop and maintain detailed project documentation, including plans, progress reports, and assessments. u2022 Provide hands-on technical support and guidance to ensure the practical implementation of solutions. Requirements u2022 Proven experience in IT project management, including leading large-scale deployments. u2022 Strong knowledge of mobile device management solutions, particularly Microsoft Intune. u2022 Familiarity with the Microsoft ecosystem and related technologies. u2022 Ability to analyze business processes and recommend improvements. u2022 Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. u2022 Hands-on technical expertise, not limited to conceptual understanding. u2022 Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. u2022 Background in procurement, onboarding, and service provisioning is a plus.
