In this role, you will provide expertise in Mobile Ad Hoc Networks (MANET), Tactical Data Links (TDL), Tactical Radios, Tactical Assault Kit (TAK), and TAK Server support for the Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) Agency. You will be responsible for remotely managing the Agencyu2019s TAK Servers and will be part of a team delivering 24/7 technical and integration support. What You'll Be Doing: + Design, deploy, and maintain ICEu2019s cloud-based TAK Server environments + Assist with planning and executing network and server upgrades and expansions + Collaborate with ICE engineering and technical staff to ensure seamless integration of hardware, software, and firmware across network solutions + Install, configure, operate, and maintain cloud infrastructure, software, and related systems + Configure and manage operating systems (Windows and Linux), applications (commercial and government), networks (IP addressing, subnets, etc.), and network hardware + Configure and manage distributed authentication services + Ensure system hardware, operating systems, and software comply with government policies and procedures + Assist in developing and maintaining network security policies, standards, and monitoring capabilities + Implement and maintain backup operations, disaster recovery, and business continuity plans + Manage cloud-based services such as DNS, digital certificates, storage solutions (SAN/NAS), IP-based video, phone, camera services, and network-connected end-user workstations + Perform ongoing performance tuning, hardware upgrades, and resource optimization as needed + Support and manage other IT services as required _This position is remote within the United States and offers flexibility in work location. However, the role requires up to 25% travel, which may include site visits, client meetings, team offsites, or industry events.
