Description We are looking for a dedicated Billing Analyst to join our team on a long-term contract basis in Woodcliff Lake, New Jersey. In this role, you will handle key billing operations, accounts receivable processes, and customer service tasks to ensure smooth financial transactions. This position requires expertise in billing systems and a strong focus on accuracy and efficiency. Responsibilities: u2022 Manage billing processes, including creating, reviewing, and issuing invoices to ensure accuracy and timeliness. u2022 Oversee accounts receivable activities to maintain accurate records and ensure timely collections. u2022 Utilize the Aderant system to process financial transactions and generate reports. u2022 Collaborate with the export customer service team to address billing inquiries and resolve discrepancies. u2022 Monitor and reconcile billing data to maintain compliance with company policies and financial standards. u2022 Work closely with internal departments to streamline billing workflows and improve operational efficiency. u2022 Prepare detailed reports on billing metrics and provide insights for process improvements. u2022 Support audits by providing necessary documentation and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. u2022 Assist in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to billing systems and processes. u2022 Ensure all financial records are maintained accurately and securely in line with company standards. Requirements u2022 Proven experience in billing functions and accounts receivable management. u2022 Proficiency in using Aderant or similar billing software. u2022 Strong understanding of financial processes and compliance standards. u2022 Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify and resolve discrepancies. u2022 Experience in export customer service and handling international billing inquiries. u2022 Familiarity with Costpoint or other financial systems is a plus. u2022 Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams and customers. u2022 Ability to manage multiple tasks while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
