Position Summary: The Field Support Representative (FSR / Floater) is a highly adaptable operational professional responsible for providing on-site coverage and project support across multiple client locations within the assigned region. This role ensures business continuity during employee absences, vacations, and other types of PTO, while also supporting special projects, operational transitions, service enhancements, and new site launches. The FSR must be flexible, customer-focused, detail-oriented, and capable of quickly integrating into diverse site environments while maintaining high service standards. Travel within the designated service area is required. Key Responsibilities: + u2022 Customer Service & Reception: Ensure the customer service area is always staffed and functional. Provide reception coverage and handle client interactionsu2022 Mailroom & Office Support: Assist in all mailroom functions, including sorting, distributing, and handling mail.
