About the role: Weu2019re building and evolving NYL360, our digital platform that supports the Field organization, and weu2019re looking for an energetic, proactive Director of Product Design to lead the design team. This role is for a leader who has taken products from 0-to-1 (launch) and then 1-to-N (scale) u2014 bringing a clear point of view on discovery, MVP definition, rollout, adoption, and continuous improvement. A large component of NYL360 is AI enablement u2014 helping Field teams work smarter through AI-assisted workflows and insights u2014 so youu2019ll partner closely with Product, Engineering, and AI/ML teams to design experiences that are trustworthy, compliant, and easy to adopt. This role isn't just about aestheticsu2014itu2019s about weaving trust, clarity, and empathy into NYL360 experiences that our Field teams rely on. Additionally, employees are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. In addition to base salary, employees may also be eligible to participate in an incentive program.
