Description We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our ambulatory clinic team in Seattle, Washington. In this long-term contract role, you will play a vital part in ensuring positive patient experiences by providing exceptional service and seamless coordination. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and is passionate about delivering outstanding customer care. Responsibilities: u2022 Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls, addressing patient inquiries with attention to detail and empathy. u2022 Schedule appointments accurately and efficiently while managing daily patient schedules. u2022 Greet and room patients, ensuring they feel welcome and comfortable from arrival to departure. u2022 Process payments and revenue transactions with attention to detail and accuracy. u2022 Communicate test results and other critical information to patients in a clear and detail-oriented manner. u2022 Coordinate with administrative and clinical staff to streamline operations and maintain patient safety. u2022 Leverage communication systems effectively to enhance workflow and patient satisfaction. u2022 Address patient concerns promptly, offering solutions and support to resolve issues. u2022 Maintain organized records and documentation to ensure compliance and operational efficiency. Requirements u2022 High school diploma or equivalent required. u2022 Minimum of six months of experience in customer service or a medical setting, or an associate degree. u2022 Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. u2022 Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities to interact with diverse individuals. u2022 Detail-oriented demeanor with a positive and achievement-oriented attitude. u2022 Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards. u2022 Comfortable presenting information and responding to questions from staff, patients, and physicians. u2022 Knowledge of medical terminology is preferred but not required.
