Summary: Core duties of a Fabrication Project Clerk include maintaining data integrity and organizing information efficiently. Tasks are to be accomplished within well-defined procedural time limits, with occasional non-routine work involved. Ensure open communication with Project Administrative Manager and Project Assistants on a daily basis. Essential Functions: + Data entry: accurately inputs information into databases or content management systems + Prioritize appropriately with good time management skills. + Work cohesively with all team members and produce quality work while meeting deadlines. + File electronically using alpha & numeric systems. + Proficient with various office equipment, including; copiers, scanners and computers. + Visual Stamina: The ability to focus on screen-based tasks for extended periods. + Attention to Detail: High accuracy in reviewing video content. Responsibilities/Duties: + Data Entry & Transcription: Input information into spreadsheets and SharePoint + Quality Assurance: Review data for accuracy, identifying and correcting errors or missing information. + Content Verification: Cross-reference content with source documents to ensure data integrity. + Data Organization: Sort, store, and backup digital video files securely + Meetings-Per PA or PM request. + Discrepancy Resolution: Review source documents and company files to identify and correct discrepancies.
