Now Hiring: CNC Machinists & Vertical Milling Lead (2nd Shift) Pay: $20-$25/hour Schedule: Monday-Thursday | 4-Day Work Week (with occasional Friday overtime) Manpower is partnering with a respected manufacturing client to hire skilled CNC professionals for 2nd shift opportunities. We are seeking both experienced CNC Machinists and a Vertical Milling Lead Machinist who are ready to contribute to a high-performing, team-oriented environment. What You’ll Do Depending on your experience level, responsibilities may include: Set up and operate CNC machines to produce high-quality parts Utilize programming methods such as G-Code, MDI, and CAM software Interpret complex blueprints and apply GD&T for precision machining Monitor and optimize machining processes for efficiency and quality Select proper tooling, fixtures, and work-holding solutions Collaborate with engineering and production teams to meet goals For Lead-Level Candidates: Lead, coach, and mentor a team of machinists Oversee production scheduling and workflow Ensure adherence to quality standards and production timelines Drive continuous improvement initiatives across processes and teams What We’re Looking For Proven experience in CNC setup, operation, and/or programming Strong blueprint reading and measurement skills (GD&T knowledge preferred) Experience in vertical milling (lead candidates should have supervisory experience) A proactive, team-oriented mindset with a focus on quality and efficiency Willingness to learn, grow, and contribute to process improvements Why You’ll Love This Opportunity 4-day work week for better work-life balance Competitive hourly pay: $20-$25/hour (based on experience) Opportunity for overtime on Fridays Work in a collaborative, safety-focused environment Grow your skills and advance your career in manufacturing If you’re ready to take the next step in your CNC career—whether as a machinist or in a leadership role—apply today with Manpower!
