Classification: Full-Time, Non-Exempt, 37.5 hours/week, 8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. with a 30-minute unpaid meal break.Job Focus: This position is responsible for case management services including crisis intervention/emergency lodging, housing search, case plans, financial literacy/budgeting, transportation, employment search/linkage, referral and linkage to community resources. Other duties include completion of client intake and assessment forms, data collection, and HMIS entry.
