About the role As a Senior Test Automation Lead - WMS - Retail, you will make an impact by driving quality engineering outcomes for enterprise-scale Warehouse Management Systems within the retail domain. You will be a valued member of the delivery team and work collaboratively with client stakeholders, product owners, developers, and cross functional teams to ensure solution stability, scalability, and performance. In this role, you will: u2022 Lead and execute end-to-end test strategy, planning, and execution for WMS implementations, with a strong focus on Manhattan Active solutions u2022 Drive automation-first testing using Selenium, Java, Cucumber, and REST Assured across UI and API layers u2022 Manage testing cycles, defect triage, root cause analysis, and quality metrics to ensure predictable delivery u2022 Collaborate closely with client stakeholders to align testing outcomes with business goals and operational needs u2022 Mentor and manage testing teams, fostering accountability, continuous improvement, and execution excellence Work model At Cognizant, we strive to provide flexibility wherever possible while supporting a healthy work-life balance through our wellbeing programs.
