Description Our client, an innovative leader in the biotechnology sector, is seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Financial Analyst to join their team. Key Responsibilities: + Analyze financial data to help guide strategic business decisions. + Prepare forecasts, budgets, and variance analyses to support planning initiatives. + Partner with cross-functional teamsu2014including R& D, operations, and commercial teamsu2014to deliver actionable insights. + Monitor key performance indicators and present reporting to stakeholders. + Assist in the development and automation of financial reports and dashboards. + Identify trends and drive process improvements in data analytics and financial workflows. + Ensure compliance with internal accounting controls and industry regulations. + Utilize financial systems and tools such as Microsoft D365, Oracle NetSuite, PowerBI, SAP, SQL, QuickBooks, or Python. Requirements + 2+ years of financial analysis or related experience; experience in life sciences, biotech, or a regulated industry is highly preferred. + Advanced Excel skills; familiarity with SQL, Python, or data visualization tools (e.g., PowerBI) is a strong asset. + Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. + Bacheloru2019s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. + High attention to detail and an ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
