Description Weu2019re looking for a mid-level UX Copywriter who is an expert in the craft and thrives in hands-on, product-focused work. This role is responsible for creating clear, concise, and user-centered copy directly within design files, partnering closely with designers and cross-functional team members to bring content strategy to life. This is a great opportunity for a UX writer who values clarity over marketing, enjoys working within complex product flows, and is comfortable collaborating in fast-paced, design-led environments. What Youu2019ll Do End-to-End UX Copywriting + Create all user-facing copy, including headlines, CTAs, button labels, helper text, and error states + Write directly within Figma files, collaborating closely with Designers and XM partners Multi-Brand & Omnichannel Support + Adapt UX content across multiple brands and channels, including web experiences, care tools, and agent-facing platforms + Flex voice and tone appropriately while maintaining UX best practices Systems Thinking + Ensure content is consistent, clear, and logical across the full end-to-end user journey + Proactively identify edge cases, content gaps, and opportunities to improve clarity Stakeholder Collaboration & Feedback + Participate in content and design working sessions, asking thoughtful questions around business logic and user needs + Revise copy based on feedback from legal, strategy, business stakeholders, and leadership + Ensure all content meets business requirements, legal standards, and brand guidelines Champion Brand Voice & UX Standards + Uphold brand voice, tone, and UX writing best practices across all deliverables + Balance consistency with flexibility across different brands and experiences Requirements Mid-level UX Copywriter or UX Writer experience Strong product-focused writing background Proven ability to write directly within design tools (Figma required) Experience working closely with designers and cross-functional partners Comfort operating in a fast-paced, iterative environment Technology Doesn't Change the World, People Do.u00ae Robert Half is the worldu2019s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
