About Your Role: As an ICC Department Manager at one of Dollar Treeu2019s Distribution Centers, youu2019ll oversee the quality control function across all areas and shifts within a high-volume, 24/7 operation. Youu2019ll be responsible for ensuring inventory accuracy, maintaining the integrity of logistics processes, and driving compliance with company policies and procedures. Your day-to-day job duties include, but are not limited to, the following: Quality Control & Inventory Accuracy: u2022 Ensure inventory accuracy through cycle count programs aligned with finance and operational requirements u2022 Perform audits to support accurate and timely store order fulfillment u2022 Monitor and enforce quality standards across all DC operations u2022 Develop and implement controls and procedures to improve inventory accuracy and process quality Systems & WMS Support: u2022 Serve as the subject matter expert for the Warehouse Management System (WMS) u2022 Act as the primary point of contact for WMS-related troubleshooting, issue resolution, and user support u2022 Partner with Support Center logistics teams to address system needs and enhancements u2022 Assist in training associates on WMS functionality and system-related processes Leadership & Team Development: u2022 Supervise, assign, and manage daily responsibilities of Quality Control associates u2022 Participate in hiring, onboarding, training, and development of team members u2022 Lead performance management, coaching, and disciplinary actions in partnership with DC leadership and HR u2022 Foster a culture of accountability, accuracy, and continuous improvement Cross-Functional Partnership & Communication: u2022 Collaborate with DC leadership to ensure quality and inventory goals are met u2022 Share key insights, reporting, and recommendations with management teams u2022 Anticipate communication needs and provide clear, timely updates to associates and leadership u2022 Drive continuous improvement initiatives related to quality and operational efficiency Your Required Skills and Experience: u2022 High school diploma or equivalent required u2022 Minimum of three (3) years of experience in material handling, logistics, or distribution center operations with a focus on inventory control u2022 Strong leadership experience with a track record of developing and motivating teams u2022 Working knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), such as Manhattan u2022 Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and implement solutions u2022 Excellent communication, organizational, and administrative skills u2022 Ability to make independent decisions, solve problems, and maintain accountability u2022 Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, queries, reporting) Preferred Requirements: u2022 Bacheloru2019s degree in a related field u2022 Experience in high-volume, multi-shift distribution center environments u2022 Advanced experience in inventory control processes and systems optimization Our success is a team effort u2014 when we reach our goals, youu2019ll be eligible for a yearly bonus Your Perks and Benefits: We offer a wide variety of rewards to support your health, wealth, and mental well-being.
