Job Description

Description Lead crews of 10 people on concrete construction projects.; Read and interpret blueprints to build structures including box culverts from scratch.; Oversee job site operations including workforce management, safety, quality control, and coordination with other crews.; Estimate and order the required materials for the project.; Supervise and train a team of concrete laborers and finishers.; Ensure all safety protocols are followed on the job site.; Inspect the quality of work and materials to ensure they meet project specifications.; Plan and schedule the phases of the construction projects.; Communicate project progress to supervisors, clients, or project managers.; Perform and oversee various stages of concrete work such as setting forms, pouring concrete, and finishing surfaces.; Maintain equipment and machinery, arranging for repairs when necessary. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $40.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your jobclassification and length of employment.
