Youu2019ll begin with 2u20133 months of immersive training at our Boulder facility, then transition to a brandu2011new manufacturing site in Broomfield , where youu2019ll help build, commission, and operate a firstu2011ofu2011itsu2011kind chemical processing system. Why This Role Is Different + Be part of a clean technology breakthrough transforming a major global industry + Help build and launch a new manufacturing facility from the ground up + Work on cuttingu2011edge electrochemical processes instead of legacy systems + Join a small, collaborative team where your impact is visible every day + Grow your skills and career alongside a rapidly scaling, wellu2011funded startup What Youu2019ll Do + Operate and monitor a chemical fluid processing system to safely produce materials + Control and optimize process variables across equipment including pumps, compressors, meters, motors, pipes, valves, and conveyors + Perform routine equipment inspections to identify issues before they impact production + Troubleshoot industrial machinery moving chemicals, fluids, and metals + Safely handle chemicals in compliance with process safety and environmental standards + Accurately document production data, readings, deviations, and corrective actions + Work closely with maintenance to support preventive and corrective maintenance + Partner with safety and quality teams to maintain high operational standards + Help develop and refine standard operating procedures in a fastu2011paced startup environment + Support equipment installation, commissioning, and continuous improvement at the new facility + Be a collaborative, handsu2011on team player in a growing operation What Weu2019re Looking For Required Experience + 3u20135 years operating a chemical or fluid processing plant + Handsu2011on experience with industrial process equipment + Strong troubleshooting skills in live production environments + Solid understanding of process safety management and safe work practices + Mechanical aptitude and comfort working around chemicals + Experience supporting quality control in a production setting + Ability to thrive in a startup atmosphere where processes are still evolving Preferred Qualifications + Experience developing SOPs or best practices in a new facility + Background with systems handling chemicals, fluids, and metals + Strong communication and teamwork skills + Genuine interest in clean technology and climateu2011focused innovation Work Environment and Schedule + Initial Location: Boulder, Colorado (2u20133 months of training) + Permanent Location: Broomfield / Westminster area (West 112th Avenue) + Schedule: Day shift, typically 6:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. or 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. + Overtime available as needed but not guaranteed + Climateu2011controlled manufacturing environment + Required PPE includes lab coat, hard hat, safety glasses, and steelu2011toe footwear Compensation and Benefits + Paid time off and paid holidays + Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision coverage + 401(k) and disability coverage + Opportunity for longu2011term growth as the company scales Make an Impact If youu2019re an experienced Plant Operator who wants more than just another shift and youu2019re excited to help scale a technology that truly matters, weu2019d love to hear from you. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $35.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your jobclassification and length of employment.
