Description Our client, in the retail and agriculture industry, is in need for a Full Charge Bookkeeper to join their team on a temp-to-hire basis located in Casa Grande This is a contract-to-permanent position offering part-time hours, with the potential for a hybrid schedule once trust is built. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in full-cycle accounting and expertise in QuickBooks Online. Responsibilities: u2022 Manage all aspects of full-cycle bookkeeping, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations. u2022 Utilize QuickBooks Online to track and maintain accurate financial records. u2022 Prepare and review financial statements to ensure compliance with accounting standards. u2022 Reconcile bank accounts and resolve discrepancies promptly. u2022 Oversee payroll processes and ensure timely payments. u2022 Maintain detailed records for audits and financial reporting purposes. u2022 Collaborate with management to provide financial insights and support business decisions. u2022 Monitor cash flow and prepare reports on financial performance. Requirements u2022 Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Full Charge Bookkeeper or in a similar role. u2022 Proficiency in QuickBooks Online and other accounting software. u2022 Strong understanding of full-cycle accounting, including AP, AR, and bank reconciliations. u2022 Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. u2022 Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently. u2022 Strong communication skills to interact with team members and stakeholders. u2022 Familiarity with payroll processes and tax compliance. u2022 Part-time availability for 2-3 days per week, with flexibility for a hybrid schedule.
