Weu2019re hiring Production Worker I and Production Worker II to join our blow molding team across all shifts. These roles are essential to producing high-quality plastic products while maintaining safety, efficiency, and performance standards. Pay Range $15.00 u2013 $17.25 per hour Production Worker I u2013 What Youu2019ll Do + Receive parts from machinery and assemble finished plastic products + Rotate through general assembly tasks in the blow molding process + Perform visual inspections to ensure product quality + Report non-conforming products to leadership + Assist with sorting and reworking materials + Perform basic testing and packaging of components + Maintain a clean, organized workspace following 5S standards + Follow all plant safety procedures and company policies Production Worker II u2013 What Youu2019ll Do + Monitor blow molding machines and auxiliary equipment (hoppers, grinders, conveyors, etc.) + Record production data and report issues or downtime + Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met + Assist with material and color changes + Clear machine jams and support continuous production flow + Support assembly, testing, packaging, and rework + Maintain a safe and clean work environment (5S standards) What Weu2019re Looking For + Strong commitment to safety and hazard awareness + High attention to detail with a sense of urgency + Ability to read and communicate effectively + Team-oriented with strong interpersonal skills + Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Qualifications + High School Diploma or equivalent required + 6u201312 months of manufacturing experience preferred + Lock-Out/Tag-Out certification required (Production Worker II) Physical Requirements + Ability to stand for 8u201312 hours on concrete surfaces + Frequent standing, walking, bending, and stooping + Ability to lift up to 50 lbs + Tolerance for repetitive motion and varying temperatures + Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment with required safety equipment If youu2019re dependable, hardworking, and ready to grow with a strong production team, we want to hear from you.
