Job Title: Production Worker Job Description Join our dynamic team as a Production Worker, where you will be responsible for stacking materials onto the conveyor repeatedly with a focus on safety. The materials vary in size, and teamwork is essential, especially for lifting tasks. You will also be responsible for the general upkeep of the production floor, ensuring products move smoothly through the machinery. This role offers opportunities for cross-training and promotion to higher-level operator positions. Responsibilities + Stack materials onto the conveyor with an emphasis on safety. + Perform general upkeep of the production floor. + Ensure products make it through the machinery efficiently. + Observe and learn from other operators to facilitate cross-training. + Perform repetitive tasks and quick mathematical calculations. Essential Skills + Experience in operating and loading machinery. + General production and labor experience. + Ability to work on feet for 8-12 hours. + Strong teamwork skills. + Ability to perform repetitive tasks efficiently. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Proven loyalty to a company through references and job tenure. + Experience in production, manufacturing, or general labor. + Flexibility to work long shifts and adapt to schedule changes. The work schedule requires flexibility with a 4-on, 4-off rotating shift pattern. Training will be conducted during the day for one month, followed by a standard schedule alternating between day and night shifts. Each shift lasts 12 hours, focusing on teamwork and safety. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of ALBUQUERQUE, NM. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00/hr.
