A little bit about our team: The U.S. Shared Services organization is based in WMGu2019s Center of Excellence for Shared Services. The Center consists of five departments: Analysis, Finance, Legal, Licensing, and Reporting. Employees of the Center provide services to all of WMGu2019s U.S. and LATAM record labels, Warner Chappell Music Publishing, WEA Corp. and Alternative Distribution Alliance (WMGu2019s distribution companies), and WMGu2019s other U.S. business units. The Finance Department will be responsible for managing all the center's accounting and cash management functions. As a critical component of the Finance department, the Accounting Operations Group will provide accounting services and support to WMG's LATAM Recorded Music and Music Publishing businesses. Your role: The Finance Manager for Accounting is responsible for overseeing the monthly close process and all aspects of Revenue and Royalty accounting for WMG LATAM businesses. They will liaise with internal and external auditors to ensure compliance with SOX requirements as well as managing and developing a team of offshore and on-shore Accountants.
