Overview Manager, Data Enablement (MCI Focus) Overview of Job Function: As a key member of the Data Enablement team, youu2019ll lead the development, delivery, and ongoing optimization of high-impact data products, visualizations, and automation solutions for internal and external stakeholders. These solutions and initiatives include dashboard visualization and reporting development; data warehouse solution design and development; and data ingestion, cleaning, quality assessment, and delivery. Youu2019ll serve as the primary owner of MCI (Datorama) on key pharmaceutical accounts, overseeing dashboard strategy, prioritizing work across teams, building strong stakeholder relationships, and helping translate complex data into clear, actionable insights that drive business value. Responsibilities In this role, you will: + Own the vision, execution, and delivery of MCI (Datorama) dashboards and BI solutions for key clients + Serve as the primary liaison between internal stakeholders and Data Enablement and Engineering teams, ensuring alignment on goals, priorities, and deliverables + Lead planning and prioritization of initiatives across a cross-functional team, managing timelines, dependencies, and expectations + Oversee the development of automated data pipelines and dashboards built in MCI (Datorama), and occasionally Tableau or Power BI + Drive quality, consistency, standardization, and scalability in data architecture, ETL processes, and reporting logic + Present insights and solutions directly to internal stakeholders, translating technical work into compelling narratives + Champion best practices in Agile delivery, task tracking, and stakeholder communication using tools like Jira Qualifications What you bring: + 3+ years of hands-on experience with MCI (Datorama) + Strong technical skills in SQL and/or Python, with working knowledge of Databricks or Snowflake + Experience developing automated data flows and working with large datasets + Proven experience leading cross-functional initiatives and managing competing priorities + Strong communication skills, with experience presenting to clients or leadership + Experience working in an Agile environment with tools like Jira + Strong organizational, time management, and task prioritization skills + Attention to detail and a passion for building clean, usable, and scalable solutions Preferred but not required: + Deep expertise with MCI (Datorama) + Background in digital marketing data and/or pharmaceutical data + Previous people management or mentorship experience + Experience defining or improving BI best practices, governance, or data quality standards, or a background that includes working in a BI or Analyst role yourself + Experience writing or maintaining technical documentation Additional information Our Publicis Groupe motto u201cViva La Diffu00e9renceu201d means weu2019re better together, and we believe that our differences make us stronger. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met.
