St. Lukeu2019s is seeking a detail-oriented and patient-centered Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to support our Rehabilitation team in Boise. In this role, you will provide hands-on patient care and mobility support, helping patients safely progress through their recovery while collaborating closely with physical therapists and interdisciplinary care teams in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. New graduates are encouraged to apply Schedule 8- or 10-hour shifts available Typical hours include 7:30 AM - 6:00 PM or 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM Weekend rotation may be required based on department needs What you will do: Assist patients with mobility, transfers, ambulation, and therapeutic activities under the direction of therapists including active support during treatment sessions Prepare treatment rooms and patient care areas by following established procedures, protocols, and safety standards Maintain a safe, clean, and organized environment, including supply inventory, equipment readiness, and completion of preventative maintenance tasks Perform clerical and administrative duties as needed while maintaining patient confidentiality and supporting efficient patient flow Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
