_Please note: This role is not eligible for immigration Work Visa sponsorship, either currently or in the future._ Essential Duties and Responsibilities u2022 Partners with cross site peers and managers to identify firmwide needs u2022 Works in cooperation with peers on establishing objectives and developing processes and procedures to ensure efficient and timely workflow with special regards to service delivery, compliance, and risk factors for the firm u2022 Ensures appropriate documentation and departmental tools are created and/or maintained (job procedures, job aids, forms, training material, etc.) u2022 Serves as pivotal point of contact and as a liaison to vendors regarding installations, server maintenance, licensing, and upgrade issues u2022 Evaluates and identifies ways to automate, streamline, and improve day-to-day maintenance and administrative practices u2022 Installs or coordinates installation of patches and releases on development, test, pre-production, and production systems u2022 Maintains current description and documentation of application configuration, including tracking and documenting any changes to environments and processes u2022 Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned Qualifications: Knowledge of u2022 Retirement Plan concepts, administration practices and regulations u2022 FIS Recordkeeping systems (Relius and OMNI) u2022 File transfer protocols, MoveIT, SQL, VBA, scripting, HTML, Crystal Report writer or Tableau, Smartsheets u2022 Investment concepts u2022 Application and web technologies u2022 Salesforce and Sharepoint knowledge a plus Skill in u2022 Identify and understand issues and opportunities; compare data from various sources to draw conclusions u2022 Interpreting, applying and documenting solutions, policies, and procedures u2022 Clearly convey information and ideas through a variety of media to individuals or groups in a manner that engages the audience and helps them understand and retain the message u2022 Use effective approaches for choosing a course of action or developing appropriate solutions; recommend or take action that is consistent with available facts, constraints, and probable consequences u2022 Demonstrate a satisfactory level of technical and professional skill or knowledge in position-related areas; remains current with developments and trends in areas of expertise u2022 Develop and use collaborative relationships to facilitate the accomplishment of work goals u2022 Make internal and external clients and their needs a primary focus of actions; develop and sustain productive client relationships Education/Previous Experience u2022 Minimum of a bacheloru2019s degree in computer science, MIS, or related degree and three (3) years of relevant experience in systems or application administration or combination of education, training, and experience.
