The Nursing Apprentice role allows nursing students an opportunity to enhance clinical skills in a hospital environment while still enrolled in an ADN or BSN program. The Nursing Apprentice I adheres to the American Nurses Association (ANA) standards of professional nursing and performance, and the ANA Code of Ethics (2015) to provide care to all patients. Utilizes the Theory of Human Caring and Caritas in daily practice.
