Together Were SmarterWe are currently seeking an experienced Mechanical Estimator to joinour Wichita, KS teamThe right candidate will have extensive experience in mechanicalestimation and have the ability to analyze and evaluate all aspects ofpotential projects to set pricing to ensure Central Consolidated remainscompetitive and profitable. This person is motivated and looking to growthe business while managing quality and consistency of products andservice delivery in accordance to Central Consolidated standardsproviding the customer with an exceptional experience.Job Responsibilities:- Considers factors such as labor costs, material costs, equipment rental, project locations, facility costs and required permits.- Analyzes job plans, visits the job site, and compiles material costs.- Works closely with the Project Manager to make sure the project meets all financial obligations.- Refers to previously completed projects to help prepare future estimates.- Responsible for maintaining relationships with suppliers and equipment vendors.Physical Demands: The employee is occasionally required to climb orbalance; stoop; kneel, and crouch. The employee must occasionally liftand/or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by thisjob include close vision, distance vision, depth perception, peripheralvision, and ability to adjust and focus.
