Description Summary: The Wealth Planner will be responsible for delivering planning to clients with a net worth of $1-10M. This role is responsible for delivering high-quality financial planning services, conducting in-depth discovery conversations, and partnering with both clients and wealth advisors to design and implement comprehensive wealth strategies. Duties And Responsibilities + Lead financial planning engagements for clients with a net worth of $1-10M. + Conduct thorough discovery conversations to identify client goals, values, and financial objectives. + Develop, present, and review customized financial plans, incorporating retirement, tax, estate, investment, and risk management strategies. + Collaborate closely with internal wealth advisors to support client relationship management and plan implementation. + Provide mentorship, training, and guidance to wealth advisors on financial planning best practices and effective discovery techniques. + Ensure all financial plans meet compliance and regulatory requirements and reflect the firmu2019s planning philosophy. + Stay informed of industry trends, tax laws, and planning strategies to provide clients with cutting-edge advice. + Perform other duties as assigned. Basic Qualifications: + Bacheloru2019s degree + CFPu00ae designation preferred. + Minimum 8 years of experience in financial planning or wealth management. + Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. + Strong coaching and presentation abilities.
