Description Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced Payroll Manager to oversee endu2011tou2011end payroll operations for a multiu2011entity organization. This role is responsible for ensuring accurate, timely payroll processing; compliance with federal, state, and local regulations; and effective coordination with HR, Finance, and external vendors. The Payroll Manager will also lead process improvements, support system upgrades, and serve as a subjectu2011matter resource for payrollu2011related matters across the organization. Key Responsibilities: + Manage the full payroll cycle on a biu2011weekly basis, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance + Oversee payroll tax filings, reconciliations, and yearu2011end processes including Wu20112 production + Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll laws and regulations + Review and approve payroll adjustments, garnishments, deductions, and audits + Partner with HR to maintain accurate employee data, earnings, and benefit deductions + Manage payroll vendor relationships and coordinate system enhancements or upgrades + Maintain payrollu2011related general ledger activity and support reconciliations + Respond to internal and external requests for payroll and earnings documentation + Serve as a resource for payrollu2011related questions across departments and locations + Identify opportunities to improve payroll processes, controls, and reporting Requirements Qualifications: + Bacheloru2019s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field preferred + Strong payroll management experience in a midu2011size to large organization + Inu2011depth knowledge of payroll laws, tax regulations, and compliance requirements + Experience working with payroll and ERP systems (e.g., Dynamics 365, ADP, UKG, Workday, or similar) + Familiarity with benefits administration and payroll deductions + Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadlineu2011driven environment + Clear communication skills and the ability to work across teams Apply online today Robert Half is the worldu2019s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
