What Youu2019ll Do In this role, you will be a key member of Teradatau2019s Global Support Organization, providing deep technical support for the Teradata Database and related technologies. Youu2019ll work on complex, enterprise-scale data analytics platforms, helping customers diagnose issues, identify root causes, and restore critical systems. Your success will be measured by your ability to resolve challenging problems efficiently, communicate clearly with stakeholders, and contribute to an exceptional customer experience. Who Youu2019ll Work With Youu2019ll join a team of expert Product Support Engineers within Teradatau2019s Global Support Organization, which provides 24/7 technical support to customers worldwide. The team partners closely with Engineering and other internal groups to incubate modern support strategiesu2014such as knowledgeu2011centered support, online communities, and selfu2011service toolsu2014while maintaining a highly collaborative, peeru2011reviewu2011driven culture. What Makes You a Qualified Candidate - U.S. Citizenship required and must be physically located within the United States - Bacheloru2019s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent professional experience - 10+ years of experience in technical support, product support, or a related engineering role - Strong hands-on troubleshooting experience with database technologies, including SQL and/or NoSQL - Proven ability to clearly communicate technical findings, root cause analysis, and resolutions to diverse audiences What Youu2019ll Bring You bring strong analytical and problemu2011solving skills, along with the ability to navigate complex technical environments. You are comfortable working across teams, managing multiple support issues simultaneously, and clearly articulating solutions. Pay Rate: 92400.0000 - 115500.0000 - 138600.0000 Annually Starting pay for the successful applicant will depend on geographic location, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and candidate experience. Sales roles will be eligible for commission payments tied to quota achievement. All other permanent roles will be eligible for one of our annual incentive plans, which are based on company financial attainment and individual performance.
