Coordinates purchasing and procurement efforts, develops and maintains reporting structures and processes authorizations for services. Collaborates with a diverse set of partners and teams: program leadership, agency finance staff, facilities teams, contracted providers, and other teams. Works with established groups and convenes partners to identify opportunities and need for growth and develop solutions to maintain strong, recovery-oriented services. Supports development of a wide range of recovery programs. Convenes or collaborates on working groups to achieve these purposes, in addition to serving as a lead employee. This is an opportunity to assist in advancing and maintaining robust, peer recovery services that transform lives, and collaborate with many cross-functional recovery, clinical, and business-process teams. Works under direction of the CSB Division Director for Recovery Services. The CSB Division of Recovery Services is committed to advancing recovery-oriented, person-centered behavioral health services. We partner with peer recovery programs and staff, clinical providers, and community organizations to expand access to high-quality peer recovery services that promote hope, autonomy, and community integration for individuals with mental health and substance use conditions. The Division administers more than $4M of recovery contracts and directly operated services annually across 8+ programs and supports the work of more than 70 peer recovery specialists.
