Spring 2026 graduates are encouraged to apply This is anentry-level Technical Designer position in Structural/MechanicalEngineering group for Completions Engineering. Responsibilitiesprimarily involve modeling and drafting of new and derivative versionsof aircraft interior furnishings/payloads and wire harnesses as part ofoutfitting new aircraft using Catia V5 and AutoCad. Examples includecustom cabinetry such as galleys, lavatories, closets, storagecompartments, interior peripheries, water/waste systems, entertainmentequipment installations, and seating installations. The technicaldesigner will also be responsible for creating models and drawingsinstalling the aforementioned commodities into the aircraft. Designerswill create data consistent with industry accepted drafting practicesand company standards. Assignments are executed under the direction of asenior engineer, Lead engineer, or Group Head to meet the manufacturingschedule. Additional responsibilities are outlined in the jobdescription and as assigned by the Lead or Group Head. Candidate must beproficient in 3D modeling software, Catia v5 preferred. Experience withAutoCad also a plus. Education and Experience Requirements Associate'sDegree in drafting, design, engineering, or manufacturing technologyrequired or equivalent combination of education and experiencesufficient to successfully perform the essential functions of the job.Entry level position. Familiarity with computer-aided design systems andbasic personal computing. Basic knowledge of engineering, engineeringprocedures and design drawing standards.
