The ideal candidate will have strong experience in customer service and basic computer operations and a proven ability to facilitate compliant electronic testing sessions and support classroom activities.Responsibilities: Serve as the first point of contact for students during electronic testing sessions. Facilitate testing logistics, including check-in, compliance enforcement, prerequisite checks, and post-session cleanup. Maintain testing area schedules, equipment readiness, communications, and risk/constraint tracking. Provide weekly status updates to the Delivery Services Manager and escalate issues promptly. Assist instructors by handing out materials, supporting students on classroom computers, and promoting lab safety. Stay current on content and procedural requirements for assigned subject areas.Required Skills & Qualifications: Minimum 1 year of customer service experience. Technical aptitude with PCs, including logging in and navigating software applications such as Microsoft Excel. Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.[]{style=
