Hiring Assemblers in the Lancaster, PA area Job Description Seeking a dedicated 2nd Shift Assembler to join our Aerospace division, specializing in the manufacturing, testing, and inspection of aluminum heat pipes. This role initially involves training on the 1st shift, with subsequent work scheduled from Monday to Thursday. Shift: 2nd shift Monday-Thursday 4:30pm-3am Pay Rate: $18-$20/hour plus $1.50 shift differential Will train on 1st shift for 3 months Responsibilities + Assist machine operators by selecting the correct program and starting the machine. + Oversee the saw operation process to ensure aluminum pipes are cut to exact specifications and receive training in the bending process of aluminum. + Handle and clean aluminum pipes meticulously according to specifications due to the high value of products in the Aerospace division. + Perform detailed testing and inspections, including leak testing. + Engage in sanding and polishing duties at a sanding station, focusing on each aluminum heat pipe. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Lancaster, PA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $20.00/hr.
