JOB DETAILS ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Receives, identifies, and sorts UPS, FedEx, and DHL deliveries (samples vs. labor claims). Inspects, measures, and records all details about labor claims. Utilizes available resources to determine the root cause of product failure. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES REQUIRED: Good communication skills. Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills. Basic to Intermediate skills in Excel, Word, and Outlook. Ability to read and understand technical product specifications and drawings. Experience using and reading precision measuring tools. Basic familiarity with automotive components and systems. Ability to meet productivity goals with limited supervision. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: 1-2 years auto repair experience, formal automotive training, or parts store experience. Previous experience as a shipping or receiving clerk. Or warehouse order picking. Vehicle parts knowledge, automotive part fitment, OEM, and aftermarket part differences. Forklift experience and previous certification Working Conditions & Physical Requirements Physical Stamina: Must be able to stand and remain active for the duration of the shift. Lifting: Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs. frequently. Environment: Ability to work in a non-climate-controlled warehouse environment (exposure to heat/cold). Candidate Requirements Communication: Proficiency in speaking, reading, and communicating in English is required to ensure safety and operational alignment.
