About the Role We are looking for a hands-on Marketing & Creative Coordinator who can own organic content, execute photoshoots, and help build the brand across social platforms. This is not a strategy-only role. You will be expected to create content yourself, regularly, and at a high level. This is for someone who can concept * create * publish * iterate. You'll be responsible for helping us grow and maintain a strong, consistent presence across our organic channels while producing content that actually performs. What You'll Do Own Organic Social * Manage and grow Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms * Plan and execute content calendars * Post consistently and engage with the audience Create Content * Shoot and edit short-form video (Reels, TikTok, etc.) * Capture photo and video content for campaigns and promotions * Turn ideas into polished, on-brand assets Run Photoshoots * Coordinate shoots (talent, location, timing) * Work with photographers or shoot content yourself * Ensure output aligns with brand vision Build the Brand * Help shape the voice, tone, and visual identity * Maintain consistency across all organic channels * Contribute ideas and execute quickly Move Fast * Take direction and turn it into live content quickly * Iterate based on performance and feedback * Work closely with leadership and creative teams What Success Looks Like * Consistent, high-quality content going out across platforms * Growth in organic reach and engagement * Ability to quickly execute ideas without heavy oversight * Strong, cohesive brand presence across channels Requirements * Experience managing and growing social media accounts * Ability to create content yourself (not just manage it) * Experience with video editing tools (CapCut, Premiere, etc.) * Basic photography / content capture skills * Strong sense of branding, visuals, and storytelling * Organized, reliable, and able to move quickly * Strong creative instinct - you know what good content looks like and what performs Bonus Points * Experience running or assisting with photoshoots * Experience with influencer or content-driven campaigns * Background in lifestyle, fashion, or media brands * Experience working in fast-paced, high-output environments Compensation $60,000 - $65,000 per year Important Note This is not a passive social media role.
