We are currently looking for a passionate and results-drivenMulti Unit Store Managerto lead our popular retail stores. As theMulti Unit Store Manager, you will be responsible for the overall performance of the stores, including sales, operations, team development, customer satisfaction, and profitability. You will lead by example, inspire your team, and ensure that our stores are a vibrant and successful retail environment.Multi Unit Store Manager Responsibilities:Oversee daily operations of the stores to ensure efficiency and profitabilityLead, train, and develop a high-performing team focused on exceptional customer serviceDrive sales performance through operational excellenceDevelop and execute strategies to meet or exceed store goalsEnsure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and safety standardsFoster a positive team culture through motivation, recognition, and open communicationMulti Unit General Manager Qualifications:Proven experience overseeing 3+ locations in a retail environment for at least 1 yearStrong leadership and people management skillsExcellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilitiesAbility to analyze data, identify trends, and make informed decisionsNew Store Opening experience is a plusGeneral Manager Benefits:Base salary of $60 - $70K commensurate with experience (paid hourly for a 40-hour work week)Medical, dental, and vision benefits401K plan with company match2 weeks PTO, closed Thanksgiving & Christmas
